The Executive Conference Center is a business center and offers conference meeting rooms at the airport. The area includes meeting rooms, fax machines, computers, and copy machines. These services are provided by the airport for an hourly or daily fee.

Smoking lounges are located in concourses A, B, C, D, and E as well as near gates 4 and 13. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else within the airport.

Information desks located in the Atrium help to assist passengers with directions, as well as Atlanta tourist information.
